Order Process: After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Products can be delivered to your home or picked up at our partner store.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Home Delivery: Delivery times depend on our partner, Canada Post.
Store Pickup: Available within 2 business days. The customer will be notified by email when the order is ready for pickup.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: Returns can be initiated within 20 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Return Acceptance Conditions:
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Should be in its original packaging, if possible.
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must submit their request via their account on our website, under the “Orders” tab. Once the request is submitted, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the order. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (incorrect size, wrong item ..).
Refunds: We aim to process refund requests within 7 days of receiving the return. A refund will be issued if the return conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can request a cancellation via their account or by email. The order will be canceled and refunded.
